Alan White's SUV has been recovered, but there's been no sign of him

New surveillance video shows the last time a Dallas man was seen before he vanished a week ago. Family and friends of Alan White say they are growing increasingly concerned he's in danger, especially after the KPMG International executive's SUV was recovered.

White was last seen leaving the parking lot of his gym, the L.A. Fitness CityPlace on Haskell, around 6 a.m. on Oct. 22. He was driving a black Porsche SUV. Dallas Police confirmed Thursday they had recovered his vehicle.

White's brother Tim White said they've been told the SUV was found Wednesday night in south Dallas but that there wasn't any sign of him.

"From Wednesday, almost a week, where's it been? Where did it go? Where is he?" asked Tim White.

Tim said the family has no reason to believe his brother willingly disappeared.

The morning of his disappearance, he said White missed a conference call scheduled for 7 a.m. On his desk, he left behind a to-do list of items to tackle that day. He and his husband had also purchased tickets for a flight to visit White's mother next month.

"Somebody's got him. Either someone's carjacked him or someone has been watching for awhile. Someone's picked an opportune moment. Or wrong place, wrong time," said Tim White.

Alan White was last seen wearing a light gray tank top and dark gym shorts with a red and navy Coach sling bag.

Family and friends of a Dallas man missing for one week say they are growing increasingly concerned that Alan White is in danger.

Friends described White as fun and dedicated to the people in his life.

"Two weeks ago we were making New Year’s Eve plans and we were supposed to go to the Arboretum on Saturday... and things like that and just all of a sudden for it to be ripped away has been hard to comes to grips with,” said friend Matt Davies.

A $10,000 reward for information leading to his return is being offered.

Anyone with information is urged to call Dallas Police.
