1 Killed, 3 Injured in Motorcycle Crash: Police

One person was killed and 3 were injured in a motorcycle accident in the 10100 block of southbound Julius Schepps Freeway just before the Interstate 20 exit around 10:54 p.m. Saturday, police say.

Police say that a pack of about 10 to 12 motorcyclists were driving down the highway. Selery Moore, 44, was driving a 2006 Honda motorcycle with a 41-year-old female passenger when he crashed into a 20-year-old man driving a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle. Then, a 22-year-old man driving a 2007 Suzuki motorcycle crashed.

Moore was pronounced dead on the scene. His passenger was taken to Baylor Hospital in critical but stable condition where she is expected to survive. The two other cyclists were taken to Baylor Hospital for road rash.

Police do not know what exactly caused the collision, and they are currently investigating.
