Mansfield could become the first North Texas city to regulate the sale of K-2.
K-2, an incense, when inhaled can produce a high similar to marijuana and can currently be purchased by anyone.
The Mansfield City Council has already voted two times on a measure that would make it illegal to sell K-2 to anyone under the age of 21. To pass, the ordinance would require only three votes.
The final vote is scheduled for Monday. If it passes, it would go into effect immediately.
