Dallas City Leaders to Hold ACA How-To Clinic

Three Dallas city leaders will hold a how-to clinic on the Affordable Care Act this Thursday.

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins, Dallas Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Monica Alonzo and Dallas City Councilman Adam Medrano will host the clinic at the Latino Cultural Center at 2600 Live Oak Street between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

The notice calls on those who are with small arts non-profit organizations or who are self-employed artists or freelance creative professionals to attend -- though it's expected that anyone with questions about enrolling are welcome.

Those attending should bring a laptop, tablet or smartphone so that they can access HealthCare.gov at the clinic and get questions answered on the spot.

Parking is free or take DART's Green Line to the Deep Ellum Station -- Live Oak is only two blocks north.
