Researchers have found a link between eating behavior and weight gain, according to an article on philly.com. Basically, the faster you eat, the faster you'll pack on those pounds.

Surveys taken by Japanese men and women showed that those who ate fast or until they felt full doubled their chances of being overweight. And, those who reported doing both, eating fast and until they felt full, tripled their chances of being overweight.
