The owner of Mrs. Baird's Bakery has quietly left Fort Worth for Pennsylvania.
The American unit of one of the world's largets bread bakers, Bimbo Bakeries, shifted its headquarters from North Texas to Horham, Pa.
The CEO said Fort Worth will serve as regioinal headquarters but will be reduced in size as corporate functions are integrated.
So far, no layoffs have been announced.
