LEM Products Distribution is recalling about 15,000 of their "5-Tray Dehydrators with Digital Timer" products due to a fire hazard.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) says the fan can fail on the unit, causing it to overheat and pose a fire hazard.
