The city of Fort Worth wants to cut a deal with American Airlines.
The city wants to give the airline company a tax break to build a new operations center off state Highway 360. It would be located at 4700 American Boulevard, just south of Dallas/ Fort Worth International Airport and adjacent to the airline's flight academy and museum.
American Airlines would have to hire hundreds of people in Fort Worth. They'd also have to use Fort Worth contractors on the project.
The City Council will vote on the deal Tuesday.
