Dallas Mavs Owner Cuban Offers Own Stimulus Plan

Got a business pitch for a billionaire?

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban is using his blog to invest in business ideas that could help bolster the sagging economy.

The Mark Cuban Stimulus Plan-Open Source Funding online offer is meant to "inspire people to create businesses that could quickly become self funding."

Cuban has some rules: The business must be cash-flow break even within 60 days. It must be profitable within three months. Everyone in the organization must work.

Cuban says he'll be in touch, via e-mail, to follow up on business proposals he likes and could help fund.

Cuban on Tuesday night told KTVT-TV that maybe there are some ideas out there that can create jobs "and all it takes is a little push and a little bit of help."
