BTTW, the parent company of Boot Town and Western Warehouse is going out of business.
Based in Wyoming, BTTW was the largest U.S. retailer of Western apparel and footwear, operating in 16 states including Texas.
The retailer will close it's 78 Texas state locations while almost $70 million in inventory is liquidated.
BTTW's stores include Boot Town, Corral West, Western Warehouse, Sergeant's, Job Site and Work Wear Depot.
