A major accident in Highland Village seriously injured a cyclist on Monday afternoon.
CareFlite transported the victim to the Medical Center of Plano.
The bicyclist remained in the hospital as of 9:30 p.m.
Highland Village police advised drivers to avoid the area of Farm-to-Market 2499 and Harlington Drive until 7 p.m. because of the crash.
