    Robber Hurt in Hold-Up Plans to Sue Good Samaritan

    A would-be robber says he is planning to sue a good Samaritan for stopping a robbery attempt at a Fresno Starbucks last July. The mother of Ryan Flores, 30, said he sustained 17 stab wounds, lacerations and defensive wounds when Cregg Jerri, 58, saw Flores pull out a gun and a knife during the robbery attempt and tried to stop him.
