Mojito Mondays and Karaoke With Gary at The Round-Up Saloon, 9pm-2am
The country-western gay bar in Cedar Springs has the most serious karaoke following in town, and not just because the folks and friendly and the drinks are strong -- musts for bars who give patrons the mike. National Acrobats of China at Bass Hall, 7 pm
An old-school Cirque de Soleil with fewer theatrics and effects and souvenirs on sale, the National Acrobats of China's show includes bench-juggling and plate-spinning. And tickets start at just $15. 4th and Calhoun Streets in Fort Worth.

The Local Yokel Show at The Libertine Bar, 10pm- 2am
With Good Records settled on Lower Greenville for almost 3 years now and a new focus on indie touring acts with DFW openers at The Grenada, the neighborhood is finally becoming known for facilitating the local music scene. The Libertine Bar shows its support by pumping only area-bred music on Monday nights for drinkers and diners (kitchen hours extend to midnight; try the muenster-laden Three-Cheese Grilled Cheese.) 2101 Greenville Avenue in Dallas.
