VIP Realty continues to maintain its enviable position as a leader in the North Texas real estate market with the introduction of two new franchises in Collin County!
VIP Realty, in addition to its already-strong real estate presence in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, is also beginning to emerge as a dynamic force in Collin County with the introduction of two new franchises in Frisco and Plano.
The new VIP Realty franchise owner in Frisco is Mathew Anderson, who has been a Dallas resident since 1993 and has been involved in real estate since 2003.
Mathew was born and raised in South Dakota and is a proud member of the Lowe Brule Sioux Tribe. He attended Trinity University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business in 2002.
Mathew then worked in the Semiconductor industry for 10 years, where he was employed as both a manager and an engineer.
The real estate industry provided a seamless transition for Mathew, who closed 30 transactions in his first year. After two years in the industry, Mathew became a listing agent for Zip Realty, where he was eventually promoted to team leader. While at Zip Realty, Mathew oversaw 10 agents and sold properties ranging from $100,000 to $1 million.
In 2006, Mathew left Zip Realty to serve as an independent agent for several, small real estate firms. Mathew worked almost exclusively in the commercial real estate market during this time.
Mathew resides in Frisco with his wife, Robin, and their three children, Daulton, Shelby and Alexis.
The new VIP Realty franchise owner in Plano is Harry Ridge, who boasts 23 years experience in the real estate industry, and has extensive business development success in the industry.
Harry was first introduced to the real estate industry in 1987 when he worked for Long & Fosters Realtors as a real estate agent. It was there that he found his passion for real estate, winning many awards over the next 14 years for top listing agent and top selling agent.
Harry then left to explore new endeavors as the Director of Marketing and Sales for Chesapeake Custom Homes. It was there that Harry took his interest in new homes sales to a new level. From 2001 to 2003, Harry became deeply involved in all aspects of new home sales.
In 2003, Harry started and managed his own firm, A Better Choice Real Estate Services. In just four, short years he was able to successfully lead, manage and educate more than a dozen highly-successful agents and establish a strong presence in the community.
Harry is now currently the owner and manager of Progressive Real Estate Services PLLC.
Harry is a graduate of the Realtor Institute, and has recently completed nearly 900 hours of accredited real estate education. In addition, Harry is a member of the national, state and local Board of Realtors
