Vickery Park to Open Second Branch in Old Downtown Plano

A second branch of Vickery Park, the casual restaurant-bar on Henderson Avenue in Dallas that's a favorite after-hours haunt of restaurant and service-industry employees, is opening on 15th Street in Plano, around the end of January.
