Party pre-turkey (poor birds) day and bask in the turnip glow of all things veggie at Craft in Dallas next week.

Touted as an “intimate dining event,” guests can enjoy five courses created by Chef de Cuisine Jeff Harris with a [from the press release] cornucopia of fresh ingredients including house made pasta, assorted mushrooms and fall vegetables from local farms.

Enough full flavors and buttery goodness from Harris’ cuisine should ensure the absence  of cooked flesh on the plate isn’t missed.

Dining Deets:

Dinner starts at 7 p.m. and is $75.00 per person, with optional wine pairings, plus tax and gratuity.
