Folks headed out to the Kessler Theatre for a night of bee talk, a special film screening, hors d'oeuvres from Bolsa, and an after party musical performance by David Ramirez. The Kessler is an important character in the Oak Cliff neighborhood, acting as a concert venue and community gathering spot. The laid back vibe of last night allowed for people to saunter in and out of the main show room and into the bar to top off their wine and spirits. Immediately following the documentary was a Q & A session featuring Brandon and Susan Pollard from the Texas Honeybee Guild, Chef Graham Dodds of Bolsa, Marie Tedei of Eden Organics Garden Center, and rows filled with curious audience members.
