Stars Take on Maple Leafs

Stars record 6-3-1 over last ten games.

The Stars are coming off a 5-4 overtime loss in Ottawa Saturday, which ended their two-game winning streak but pushed their record over the last ten games to 6-3-1.

"We have people digging in hard, and we are right there, but we can't get over the hump," coach Dave Tippett said. "But we have to recognize we are letting points get away by shooting ourselves in the foot."

Loui Eriksson scored a goal, giving him six in the last three games. He was named the NHL's first star for the week ending December 21.

Injuries: D Sergei Zubov (hip) and LW Brenden Morrow (knee) are out.
