Hey there, Daddy-o! Dallas’ newest “Modern American Supper Club” might be just the place for your next ring-a-ding-ding. Featuring a classic décor, replete with rich hardwoods, white tablecloths and flattering mood lighting, Ocean Prime can set the stage for a high-tone night on the town. Begin the shindig with a sophisticated sip (maybe the Cloud 9 with Finlandia Grapefruit Vodka and house brewed Darjeeling Tea), then move on to a sumptuous plate of Salt N Pepper Tuna or a juicy Kansas City Strip. Top it all off with a toasty Baked Alaska and we’d call it an evening to remember.
This level of class doesn’t come cheap – main dishes ring in at $20-$40 for dinner here, but Ocean Prime is also open for lunch. Get a taste of the high life in the midst of a long, busy day with reasonably priced salads, sandwiches and soups Monday–Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The famous fro-yo that kicked off a nationwide craze has finally come to Big D. Pinkberry opens today, and now you, too, can taste the tangy goodness that both coasts have been raving about. Topped with fresh fruit, nuts, chocolate or even mochi (rice cake bites), Pinkberry’s easy on the waistline and even earned a seal of approval from the National Yogurt Association. (Gee, bet their conventions are pretty active. Get it? Active?) Anyway, this new Dallas outpost is also the very first to offer an all-new flavor – chocolate. Take that, California.

Deux Lounge (pictured above) celebrates its Grand Opening tonight, and we’re thinking a trip to Mockingbird Station’s new VIP/Guest List Only nightspot would be the ideal way to show a special friend that you’re the hottest thing in town.
