Almost immediately after their 27-13 victory over the Green Bay Packers on Sunday--their fourth victory in a row--the New York Giants were looking toward next week’s matchup with the Dallas Cowboys next Sunday at Metlife Stadium.
"We know the motivation is going to be there," Giants linebacker Jon Beason said of next week’s matchup, per ESPN’s Dan Graziano. "It's the Cowboys. The winner's going to go on and still have a chance, and the loser is probably done. So this is going to be short-lived."
Defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul was riding as high as any of the Giants after the win, which saw him take a pass from Packers quarterback Scott Tolzien back 24 yards for a pick six.
"We're going to put it on them, man," Pierre-Paul said. "I'm pretty sure the offense is going to get going. The defense is going to get going even more. And the special teams will contribute to it. It's going to be a fight. It's going to be a dogfight. There's going to be a lot of blood spilled out there."
