Joel Madden of Good Charlotte and Nicole Richie have another baby on the way.
Madden writes on Good Charlotte's Web site he's happy to announce that their daughter, Harlow, is going to be a big sister.
He calls it "better than winning an Oscar."
He says he hopes everyone is feeling as good as he is now.
Madden does not say when the baby is due. Harlow is 13 months old.

Congrats to them… it's not like Nicole has anything else going on right now, might as well crank out the babies.
Nicole was reportedly out until 4 a.m. with Joel at an Oscar after party, guess she's feeling pretty good.
