New High-Rise Headed to Victory Park

Developer to build 23-story high-rise in Victory Park

Dallas-based commercial real estate development and investment firm KDC, announced plans Thursday to develop a 400,000-square-foot office tower in Victory Park.

The new building will be 23 stories, with of 15-plus floors of office space, an eight story parking structure, an upscale restaurant, delicatessen and a fitness center. The tower will be at Victory between Museum Way and High Market Street.

"Because of all the amenities it has to offer, KDC believes that Victory Park provides tenants with the best location in Uptown," KDC senior vice president John Brownlee said in a press release.

KDC plans to start construction this fall with completion scheduled for late 2014.
