A Plano man was arrested Wednesday after two women whose children he was babysitting walked in on him sexually assaulting one of the children, police said.
James De La Vega, 50, faces an enhanced charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
His bail has not yet been set, and he remains in the Collin County jail.
The crime happened in the 200 block of Pagoda Drive in Anna, where De La Vega was baby-sitting three children whose mothers had gone out Tuesday night, Anna police said.
