Dallas police arrested a 26-year-old school band director Wednesday on suspicion of sexual assault.
A 14-year-old female student told police she had sex with Calvin Beckton, a teacher at Boude Storey Middle School. The girl told police they had sex in the band hall on Oct. 28.
"It's disgusting," the mother of a sixth-grader said. "I hope they cream him."
Dallas police are looking into whether or not there are other victims.
"Certainly if there are other cases we want to know about them, " Lt. Vernon Hale said. "This is just the beginning of our investigation."
A Dallas Independent School District representative said Beckton is on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
Beckton was being held Wednesday in the Dallas County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
