Mall Owner Faces Possible Bankruptcy; U.S. 380 Mall Put on Hold

The owner of Stonebriar Centre and Collin Creek Mall in Plano, may be forced to seek bankruptcy protection from its creditors if its debt can't be extended or refinanced. Both malls will remain open for business.
