Dr. Paul Pepe, of UT Southwestern Medical Center, is in the process of making North Texas one of the best-prepared areas for cardiac emergencies.
The Dallas Morning News reports, the chairman of emergency medicine, is teaching CPR to every Dallas city employee, various businesses and other municipalities' workforces.
Just recently, Dr. Pepe, taught nearly every civilian University Park city employee in one single class.
The course is taught with an instructional DVD and small mannequin, and all students get their own set to practice at home.
