Boutique Shopping Goes Green

Fort Worth's eco-friendly store, The Greener Good, is a must for green boutique shopping

Green is hot for Spring. So, we decided to check out Forth Worth's most eco-friendly boutique, The Greener Good, to see what stylish items they were stocking for the season. The shop carries clothing, accessories, children's lines, and home items, each with a fashionable and environmentally-friendly twist.

Among our current favorites from the Greener Good are the artisan cuff bracelets handmade in Chile. The etched, copper bangles with lapis detail are the epitome of gypset style, and the importer of the bracelets, Pueblos del Sur, is a member of the World Fair Trade Organization. And did we mention that you can buy one of their pieces for only $22.50?

Our other top choices included an evening bag made from recycled shells and Roman-inspired flat sandals from Simple Shoes, a line that's known for their completely sustainable chain of production.

Shop the Greener Good in Fort Worth at 925 Foch Street to score some organic style of your own. The store is open from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.; you can also follow the owner's blog via the Greener Good website and connect with them on Facebook.
