Get Ready for Hitchcocktober

Get ready for Hitchcocktober; Angelika Film Centers in Dallas and Plano are hosting special screenings through October from the master of suspense, Alfred Hitchcock.

Plano kicks off the festivities with "Rebecca" on October 5 at 7:30 p.m. Following that, the film center will have screenings of "Shadow of a Doubt," "Notorious," and "The Man Who Knew Too Much" (the Jimmy Stewart version) each Tuesday through Oct. 26. All films cost only $5 to get in at the Plano location.

Dallas folks heading to Mockingbird Station get an extra-special treat; free public screenings in the outside atrium.

Angelika Dallas kicks off their screenings with "The Birds" at 8:00 p.m. on October 7. (How cool to see "The Birds" outdoors!) Then catch "Rear Window," "Strangers on a Train," and "North by Northwest" each Thursday until Oct. 28 -- just days before Halloween.
