Nonna Tata and the Spiral Diner are getting a new neighbor in Fort Worth's Magnolia District.
Avoca Coffee will be the first coffee shop in the area and it's a welcome, much-need addition to the growing development.
The owners, best friends Jimmy Story and Garold LaRue, are importing the beans from Nicaragua, Mexico and Guatemala for roasting on site.
The pair said they also plan to supply local restaurants and coffee shops with their beans while offering gourmet chocolates and baked goods in their own cafe.
The guys are planning for a November opening.
