It’s hard to believe a year has already passed since Five-Sixty by Wolfgang Puck opened its newly renovated doors. In celebration of this gastro-feat located 560-feet above downtown in Dallas’ landmark tower, Chef Sara Johannes has compiled a tasting menu.
Fan favorites off the menu are available Jan. 18 through Feb. 11 for $50 a person. The Anniversary Menu will include a chef’s amuse, several first-course options (we recommend the lamb) and a dessert. Look for the following signature entrees as well: General Tsao-style crispy quail, salt and pepper calamari and the ever-so-cute Ahi tuna sesame miso cones.
