Richard Smith, the McKinney firefighter who was injured while hanging Christmas lights three weeks ago, died Sunday.
Smith, 38, was working part-time Nov. 20 when he fell off of a roof while hanging lights in Frisco.
Smith was a 10-year veteran of the McKinney Fire Department.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
