Fall Hair Trends Go for Deeper Tones

Fall hair styles go deep

It may not feel like it with temperatures in the 100s, but fall is right around the corner. That means it's time to shake up your style.

Hair stylist Blaine Schlaudt said this fall is all about deepening your color.

"We’re seeing a lot more golds and deep hues going into the hair colors," he said.

Auburn red is a great example. If you prefer blonde, Schlaudt said try a darker new version.

"The lighter blonde we're adding a little caramel and honey to give it more depth," he said.

If you want to be on the cutting edge, you can try a multicolor, multidimensional look.

"One of the terms we're using is bronding," Schlaudt said. "It actually does brown at the roots, where it fades into a medium to light blonde, and the ends are really, really light blonde."

Schlaudt said it's the latest look coming out of Hollywood. No matter your color preference, he said a little change will do you good.

"The fall gives women a chance to revive who they are," he said.
