July 7, 2016: A night that began with a peaceful protest, ended in chaos when a gunman opened fire in downtown Dallas. By the time the sun rose the next morning, five officers would be dead.
In the darkness, a small group of elite cops knew they had to take the gunman out – before he killed more of them.
