A wrong-way driver faces criminal charges after crashing into two cars -- injuring himself and one of the other drivers -- on Interstate 635 late Sunday.Dallas police believe the wrong-way driver, a 32-year-old whose name has not been released, was intoxicated and on drugs at the time of the crash.
