Woman With 2 Children in SUV Leads Authorities on Chase in Seagoville

A woman is accused of leading authorities on a chase in Seagoville overnight in an SUV with two children. Dallas County Sheriff's deputies attempted to stop the driver for speeding about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, but they said she refused and led them on a pursuit on the U.S. Highway 175 service roads. She eventually turned off onto Modene Street and then Kelly Street, which is a dead end. She then pulled into a parking lot and stopped. That's when deputies found the children inside the SUV. They also conducted a field sobriety test on the driver. She was taken into custody on unknown charges. The children's grandmother picked them up.  Continue reading...
