Woman Who Died in I-30 Crash in Arlington May Have Been Racing Another Car, Police Say

An Arlington woman who died in a single-car accident on Interstate 30 late Wednesday may have been racing another vehicle, police say.Witnesses told police that the woman's vehicle was speeding westbound in the 3500 block of I-30, between North Cooper and North Collins streets, when she lost control and the car struck a guardrail.The woman, whom the Tarrant County medical examiner identified as 29-year-old Polly Grice, was pronounced dead at the scene.Arlington police said it's possible that Grice was racing another motorist.Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call Detective Cody Towns at 817-459-5635.  Continue reading...
