Dallas police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing woman who may be a danger to herself or others.Rhonda Rutledge, 53, was last seen around 3 p.m. Friday in the 10900 block of Estate Road, near Plano Road and Walnut Hill Lane in Lake Highlands.She was driving a gray 2010 Dodge Journey with Texas license plate HDD-3808.Rutledge is described as a white woman with blond hair and blue eyes who is 5-8 and about 165 pounds.
