Woman Found Dead at Collin County Home Was Killed, Authorities Say

A woman found dead at her Collin County home last week was slain, police say.Kelli Underwood, 46, was identified Monday as the Princeton woman whose body was found Wednesday evening at the home in the 1100 block of Park View Drive.The Collin County medical examiner's office determined that Underwood's death was the result of homicide.The cause of her death was not released.Princeton police Chief James Waters said in a statement that authorities believe the slaying is an isolated incident and that the community is not at risk.Princeton police, the Collin County Sheriff's Office and the Texas Rangers continue to investigate.Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Princeton detectives Fisher or Lopez at 972-736-3901.  Continue reading...
