Woman Drives Off With Victim on Her Hood After Hit-and-run in Southern Dallas, Police Say

Dallas police are looking for a woman who fled the scene of an accident last week with another motorist trapped on her hood.The accident occurred around 7:20 p.m. Friday in the 8300 block of Clark Road, near West Camp Wisdom Road in the Mountain Creek area.The victim, who was driving with her boyfriend, got out of her vehicle to exchange information with the other motorist, police said. But the other driver sped off with the victim in her path, trapping the victim on her hood.The victim, whose name has not been released, was stuck on the hood for about a mile before she fell off, police said. She was seriously injured in the incident.Policed described the hit-and-run driver as a black woman who is 18 to 25 and was driving a white SUV, possibly a Mazda or Nissan.  Continue reading...
