A 19-year-old woman was charged with driving while intoxicated after her vehicle struck a Dallas police car that had its lights on as it blocked traffic early Wednesday, Dallas police reported.The crash occurred about 2:30 a.m. in the 8000 block of Ferguson Road in Far East Dallas, police reported.
