A Wise County man is accused of passing out DVDs with pornographic material to Halloween trick-or-treaters.Brad Collins, 32, said he was helping neighbors hand out Bible verses during an annual Halloween party on his street in the city of Boyd when he decided he wanted to give the children something extra, WFAA-TV (Channel 8) reported. Collins decided to give the kids some burned DVDs he had gotten. He did not tell station where they came from. "I told everyone to check them before they let their kids watch them," Collins told WFAA. "Just for the fact I was unsure of exactly what could be on there. It could be 'World of Warcraft;' it could be 'Happy Gilmore.' I didn't know."When parents checked, they found what police described as "graphic pornographic material" on them.
