A man accused of attacking his uncle with a hammer and power saw has been arrested on charges of aggravated assault, telling police he was high at the time.As WFAA-TV reported, Justin Warren, 31, is being held on $200,000 bail after the Jan. 11 assault.According to an arrest warrant affidavit, police responded to a home on Knoll Ridge Circle about 10 a.m. that day and found Warren lying in the yard and drenched in blood.
