Fans of the late iconic Tejano singer Selena are rejoicing over a Google surprise. An elaborate animated movie of Selena Quintanilla-Pérez appeared as the search engine's home page doodle late Monday night. Her popular and infectious song "Bidi Bidi Bom Bom" plays in the background while we watch the little Mexican-American girl become a star. It was not the late Queen of Tejano's birthday or death anniversary. So why did Google decide to make the tribute?
