White Supremacist Found Guilty in Charleston Church Massacre

CHARLESTON, S.C. -- A jury on Thursday quickly found a white supremacist guilty of murder and federal hate crimes in the slayings of nine black church members taking part in a Bible study at their church last year.Dylann Roof sat expressionless Thursday morning as a federal prosecutor used a stirring closing argument to tell jurors that "cowardice" and "a vast hatred" had driven the self-radicalized white supremacist to kill parishioners at Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church in June 2015.  Continue reading...
