Whataburger Fan Commissions Themed AR Pistol From Texas Gun Modifier

Texans are loving one of a Houston-based firearm modification company's latest design: a Whataburger-themed paint job of an AR pistol.The "Whata-pistol," which features painted restaurant logos and a magazine disguised as a side of fries, took a few days to paint, HTX Tactical co-owner Javier Garcia said."A crazy Whataburger fanatic ... came in with the whole theme," Garcia said. HTX Tactical won't be selling any more, and Garcia said he spoke to a lawyer Tuesday about copyright law."This product is not affiliated or licensed by the Whataburger brand in any way," the restaurant said in a statement.
