Small business employment in Dallas rose for the fourth straight month in January, putting the metropolitan area in third place nationally for job growth, according to a new ranking released Tuesday.Dallas trailed only Atlanta and Seattle among the nation's 20 largest metropolitan markets in the Paychex | IHS Small Business Jobs index.
