Erik Wilson has admirably juggled two jobs in his first term on the City Council: Tenaciously advocating on behalf of his southern Dallas constituents and delicately navigating the citywide role of deputy mayor pro tem.Among his work, Wilson, 44, has helped jump-start economic development, one of his 2015 campaign promises.Overdue water and sewer infrastructure is being put in place for home construction near the University of North Texas at Dallas.
