Watchdog: How to Get Photos of Your Mail Emailed to You Before Delivery

If you've ever had mail delivery problems (who hasn't?), The Watchdog has important news for you.The U.S. Postal Service is introducing now in North Texas a new program called Informed Delivery that sends photos of your mail to your email address before actual delivery.USPS has been taking photographs of the outside envelopes of your first-class mail since after the anthrax attacks in 2001.
