Watchdog: How Dealing With a Company of Stooges Led to Increased Consumer Awareness

Twenty years later, I still remember the parade of nincompoops masquerading as air conditioning repair techs who marched through my first Texas home without any real idea how to give me what I wanted. Cool air.I called them Moe, Larry and Curley. Their company was Frymire Services of Dallas, one of the older, better known a/c, heating and plumbing companies.
