Drivers on the Dallas North Tollway in North Dallas encountered major delays Tuesday morning after an 18-vehicle crash stopped traffic.The chain-reaction crash took place about 6:45 a.m. Tuesday near Frankford Road, causing a rush-hour traffic jam nearly seven miles long that reached State Highway 121 in Frisco.
